Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through by SturdyRide Auto Parts Inc., a U.S.-based company for small home appliances. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below, including delivery timelines, shipping fees, and liability limitations. We strive to provide transparent, reliable shipping services to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.
- Customized or backordered items (indicated on product pages) may require 3–5 additional processing days; you will be notified via email of any delays exceeding 7 business days.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Partner carriers: USPS, FedEx Ground, and UPS Standard—selected based on delivery speed, destination, and product size.
- Small, lightweight appliances (e.g., hair dryers, electric kettles) typically ship via USPS Priority Mail; larger items (e.g., air fryers, space heaters) use FedEx or UPS for secure transit.
International Shipping
- Currently, we ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select EU countries (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain).
- International orders are fulfilled via FedEx International Economy or DHL Express.
- Note: International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country—these are not included in your order total. We do not underdeclare values or mark items as “gifts” to avoid customs charges.

4. Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing (e.g., order placed Mon → delivered Thu–Sat).
- Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days after processing (e.g., order placed Mon → delivered Tue–Wed).
- Remote areas (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, rural regions) may add 1–2 business days to standard delivery.
International
- Canada: 5–7 business days.
- UK/Australia: 7–10 business days.
- EU Countries: 7–12 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for carrier delays due to weather, customs processing, or unforeseen events.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number (linked to the carrier’s website).
- Track domestic orders via USPS.com, FedEx.com, or UPS.com; international orders via FedEx.com or DHL.com.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to activate after shipping confirmation.
6. Packaging & Product Protection
- All small appliances are packaged in shock-absorbent materials (bubble wrap, foam inserts) and sturdy cardboard boxes to prevent damage during transit.
- Appliances with fragile components (e.g., glass carafes, heating elements) include additional protective layers.
- We comply with DOT (Department of Transportation) and IATA regulations for shipping appliances containing batteries (e.g., cordless vacuums) to ensure safe handling.
7. Missing, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
- Missing Orders: If your order does not arrive within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date (domestic) or 14 days (international), contact our support team with your order number—we will initiate a carrier trace and resolve the issue within 3–5 business days.
- Damaged Items: Inspect your package upon delivery. If products are damaged, take photos of the packaging and item, then notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, with no return shipping required.
- Delayed Orders: For domestic orders delayed beyond 10 business days (standard) or 3 business days (expedited), we offer a shipping fee refund or free expedited shipping on your next order.
8. Returns & Exchanges Shipping
- As per our Terms of Service, eligible returns (unused, unopened items within 30 days) require a return authorization (RA) number—request this via email before shipping.
- Domestic return shipping is free for defective items; non-defective returns incur a $4.99 restocking/shipping fee.
- International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (typically \(30–\)60), and we do not refund original international shipping fees.
9. Limitations of Liability
- SturdyRide Auto Parts Inc. is not liable for:
- Carrier delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, labor strikes, customs holds).
- Delivery to incorrect addresses provided by the customer—double-check your shipping details at checkout.
- Loss or damage to packages marked “delivered” by the carrier (file a claim directly with the carrier).
